We f***** up!!! part 3

Medicine... not working... remembering... too much!

As we entered the area (some of us had to help Blue with his proteine drinks - I swear the guy drinks 15 liters of the stuff every day) we had to be quick about finding somewhere to start. As the Suits had played here before (and only lost once or twice) they had every advantage. All we knew was that they probably had every single nifty gadget on the market (and prototype/customized shit not on the market!)
We ran for the sewers with Sarin in front very alert and ready to toast anything moving.
As we tried to sneak through the sewers we were all surprised by the details and feeling of the setting. If felt so real and I know it influenced my take on this assignment - I must admit the 1000 credit reward was a nice payment too - but most of all I wanted to kick some smart asses around :o)
After a very short period we entered a couple of drains with a large chamber. Sarin in front took a dive from the door and was just about to signal the rest of us when he was hit. Some sick fuck with a vibrodisc sent him spinning and the rest of us readied for some serious hurt.
As we stood in the drain covered from whoever was in the room we could suddenly tell that either the guy had moved or there were two of them. I seriously hoped for 1 guy who'd moved!
Unfortunately my hopes were shattered as we realized there was a wacko with a Surekill and he was out to off our scout. The rest of us tried to cover Sarin and as we realised it was impossible Sean made a crazy dive into the room - making another great target! As he did that Blue and I ran for the guy with the Vibrodisc - why do I always make bad decisions when I'm excited?
The water in the room was thigh-high making it almost impossible to run - stupid stupid stupid!
As we came out into the open I realized the guy we were heading for was wearing a Dogeybone armour and apparently he liked javelins - at least he was aiming for Blue with a huge fucking tree! Blue was hit in the chest staggering a couple of feet backwards. As I half turned to yell at him - half continued forward I was hit in the chest too. Without any time to warn Blue he pulled the spear from his chest making it explode in blood and bone - damn! I cut the spear that hit me with my claws and decided to continue for the guy with the Surekill - Sean got the same idea. What I hadn't realized was that the low path that ran through the room made the water rise from thigh-high to 2 feet over my head - curses!
I threw myself on top of mr Surekill (Cross) and Sean followed. After a very short fight below water the guy finally stopped moving. I could hear heavy automatic fire above me and I decided to swim underwater away from Sean and Cross - that proved a wise decision!
As I looked up I could see the guy in the Dogeybone (Star) and cradled in his arms was a minigun (I'm guessing warworld equipment) And for the 134th time this day I was wondering why I joined this totally far out game! I could see that Blue made a half turn and as he was hit by the slugs from the minigun he dived into the water. I deemed it necessary to even the odds a bit and let a dose of UV kick in - sweet!
I moved further away from the people in the water and as Star sprayed the area where Sean, Blue and Cross were, I prayed his gun would jam or explode or something.
Finally he stopped shooting and as I jumped out of the water I could hear the rest of the team move into positions to take this psycho out. A couple of nasty seconds later Star was on the ground two small holes in his helmet - Bad Kitty!!! Sarin barred his teeth in a snarl or a grin - so much for the "don't shoot at the head" rule!
We had pretty much given up on Sean and Blue. But as we were about to leave the room, Blue pulled himself out of the water - I was totally stunned - and very very scared; what had happened at Orienta?

We f***** up!!! part 2

Well as I were telling before the medication made my head all fuzzy we're really in trouble now. Everything we do is evaluated by shrinks and i can't shake the feeling that too many wrong answers will end my very short carreer as a SLA operative. I'm just grateful that my parents wont see this!
Well to start from the beginning:
We dodged the fight with the DN team once we realized that it wasn't some hastily assembled team we were gonna fight - it was the number one DN team - a bunch of psychos wacked up on Gods know what! So after a short talk with Alpha Team we decided to go with what we had and make a run for it. Instead a couple of other teams and single operatives tried their luck - with little success - and the DN team almost wiped them out!
We headed for Parr again hoping to get a couple of easy Blue assignments - and we did! After the easy assignment we dared to risk our necks on a silver, a sweet deal involving us and some suits, loads of stun-weapons and a large area to play on. Even though we were masked and noone will ever know we were on TV, it was the funniest assignment we've had so far!
As we agreed to this silly assignment we also agreed to a far more serious assignment concerning fights for fun. A bunch of suits with too much money, too much time and way too much testosterone wanted to fight our team - for real in an environment much like Cannibal Sector. They wouldn't act as a team - they had some wagers on who'd kill the most operatives. We were free to decide how we'd act - as a team or as individuals. As it was training grounds there were some rules: No grenades, no ebb, no fire, no Red - no shooting at the head! Some doctors would stand by to monitor all vital signs and evac anyone in danger. So it wasn't really about killing people - just about the hunt and competition. Sounded like a lot of fun!
Sarin was contacted before the game by one of the players - he wanted an advantage over one of the others... well Sarin wasn't too happy about it but he really could use the money, so he took the 2 bullets given by the unknown suit without promising anything. Unfortunately he didn't have time to analyze the bullets before we were called in by our employers so he just put them in his pocket. He told me about it and I told him not to use the bullets - for all we knew it could be some flesheating virus or something.
So we were introduced to the tags of the ppl we were gonna hunt! Triangle, Square, Circle, Cross, Star, Crucifix - we didn't meet any of them though - except for one - Taggart our contact turned out to be Crucifix so he knows everything about us and we know nothing of them! To our advantage we are gonna work as a team and we're trained proffesionals *cough*.
Before going in we get searched by security and I get to use the flux I need for enhancement and protect. When we enter the area I wont be able to use my flux :(
With great anticipation we move into a small area similar to some of the places in CS - we're ready to hunt some psyched up richboys.

We f***** up!!! part 1

Well yesterday AAA plummeted from grace hitting the pavement from a 200 feet building!
For reasons too complicated and entwined to explain DarkFinders suddenly appeared out of nowhere busting us for everything we've done in our 3 month long carreer as operatives(even some things I'm certain are OK). If I survive this without too many scars I promise I'll be a better person.
The entire team is currently admitted at "Bellamie Asylum for psychiatric patients with paranormal experiences". A wild guess - maybe 10 known serial killers are admitted here and at least 4 of them has taken an interest in the team... Whisper (an old "friend") being one of them. Most of them are whitetouched I suspect.
We're still wondering why we're still alive, the charges we were brought up against would have gotten us killed if we were on Mort. And Dr. McVay is not our saviour this time - he showed his face just to have us all fired from Karma - I wonder why :/
Blue is a total nutcase at the moment, he's getting bigger everyday and it seems as if he doesn't recognize us anymore - I'm suspecting that they might have "scrubbed" him.

We're in group therapy where we have to talk about our team, our sins and a loads of other psychobabble. I'm a bit scared what they might do to the team - currently it seems as if they're trying to figure out how we could live through all the shit we've done. And how our lack of a leader apparently has sent us down a path were noone should go...
When the medication wears off I'll try to write more - hopefully they wont throw me in isolation again...

Arms And Arms

A very short description of the team...

Jack Harrison - played by Steffen
Human, Male, Deathsquad, Lives with his f***ed up family in upper Downtown (poor bastard)
Allan White - played by Mikkel
Human, Male, Business, lives with his parents in suburbia (OMG they're freaky)
Sean Kray - played by Rolf
Brainwaster Male, Scout, I don't think he's capable of living with anyone but the rats,
Blue - NPC
Stormer variant Chagrin (prototype), N/A, Deathsquad, lives in the APC he hustled from SLA industries (don't ask me how he did it!)
G'rr Ch'ld - played by Esben
Shaktar, Male, Kickmurder, Lives alone (kinda scary - but understandable since he's kinda weird even for a shaktar)
Greg McDuff - played by Torben
Frother, Male, Kickmurder, probably lives with the clan somewhere - and that's McDuff in case anyone wants to know... AWOL

Sarin - played by Torben
WraithRaider, male , scout, became part of the team after another weird assignment from McVay
Red - NPC
Stormer variant Domino Dog, N/A, Lives with Phoenix Blood who also feed him and scratch his belly when needed,
Phoenix Blood - Played by Mette
Ebon, Female, Investigation/interrogation, lives in upper DownTown together with Red. - Funny how no-one's been in my apartment since I got him...?!

Since i wrote this a lot has changed, our homeplanet is no longer Mort. McVay (our Karma employer) has made sure that we now live on Parr where his research fascility is based. McDuff has been replaced by Sarin so the amounts of weird incidents has reached a more normal level.
Red has been replaced by RedII - looks the same but is very much a different person (can you say that about a dog?)
Jack and Allan has moved their families to Orienta where the Rising Sun is taking care of them, making sure no one will come look for them.
I married GanNing (the demon that inhabited my dagger) - I know this doesn't make sense but it will once i get to the parts about Orienta. Once again he inhabits the dagger and is now travelling around with me to see what the outside world looks like.
G'rrCh'ld has left the team and is probably somewhere between Mort and his homeplanet. He was called home by his elders to investigate something.
